Match Worn 2007/08 Diadora Wembley Shirt

26th May 2008, the day we finally win at Wembley at the fifth attempt. The ghosts of Ken Charlery, Lou Macari, John Rudge and David Elleray laid to rest by Liam Dickinson smashing home the winning goal at the near post.

Here we've got an incredibly rare Wembley issued shirt from that very game against Rochdale. This is a match worn shirt from throughout the 2007/08 season by Greg Tansey. All the shirts from the season were then sent off to have Wembley embroidery added ahead of the final. For the avoidance of doubt, Greg did not play at Wembley.

Size XL, features correct size and style official name set, heat pressed Coca Cola League sleeve patches and the all important match detail embroidered on the front. I have a number of Wembley worn and issued shirts from the Rochdale final and this is the only one I'll ever list for sale so it's probably your only chance to get your hands on one.

A match worn home shirt from 2007/08 is hard enough to get, one with Wembley embroidery is almost unheard of.

The shirt is in excellent condition with just minor nicks and pulls, as you'd expect from being worn in some top League Two action. The 8 on the back is also signed by Greg.
